Rupert is a life-long athlete, with experience in rugby, golf, surfing, swimming, and weight lifting. Rupert started Alchemy Fitness Studio in 2012, to fulfill a need for a professional training facility with highly motivated and experienced trainers in a safe, inclusive environment. He sees resistance training as part of the spectrum of exercise complementary to all of life’s activities, and he specializes in making training safe, fun and interesting. Rupert offers 1-1 personal training, as well as private group training.
Rupert also enjoys sports such as golf, swimming , mountain biking, and surfing. If you don’t see him at the gym, he’s probably out catching some waves!
Panzy Olander

Panzy started as a personal trainer 8.5 years ago, after finishing up art school and deciding that her passion was in fitness and nutrition. Since then, she has never looked back. Her main background is in nutrition and traditional strength and conditioning, and she works with all body types, levels of fitness and backgrounds. Her current hobbies include mounting biking, cycling, running, olympic weightlifting and swimming.
Pansy offers 1-1 personal training, as well as private group training.

Ewa has always been a fitness enthusiast. A weight training injury led her to try yoga for the first time more than ten years ago. The physical practice, self reflection and mind body connection she discovered helped her to heal from injury. She never looked back.
Today, Ewa works with clients one-on-one, catering to their specific needs. She created a signature group program and expanded her career to life coaching. When she's not at the studio or gym she is with her dog Merlin, surfing or reading a book.

Jay-lon is a seasoned trainer, with 12 years under his belt, who specialises in HIIT style training and boxing. You may have seen him in the ring once or twice on your TV screen! He’ll be running Alchemist 360 on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 6:30am.

Jeron came to Martial Arts early in his teens after he discovered how helpful it was for his anger management. Jeron initially began in the professional space until finding a passion for helping and teaching others - from ages 8 to 75+.
Jeron's goal isn’t to build champions in the ring - his goal is to help anyone create a champion mindset. Jeron seeks to help anyone who goes through any mental health issues use Muay Thai as an outlet.

Bio:
Angela is a former legal assistant who retrained 10 years ago as a personal trainer. A lifelong athlete, she wanted to help others in their athletic, fitness and wellness journeys. During her pregnancies and after having her two children, Angela struggled to find qualitative advice for pregnant and postpartum exercise. After a lot of research and education, Angela is able to provide safe, evidence based training to expecting and postpartum women.
Angela is an avid runner and former competitive kickboxer. She is a certified beginner's Muay Thai coach and regularly assists Kru Jeron with Muay Thai pad and bag classes. She also enjoys strength training, trail hiking and as many fun activities with her husband and kids as possible.
