Rupert is a life-long athlete, with experience in rugby, golf, surfing, swimming, and weight lifting. Rupert started Alchemy Fitness Studio in 2012, to fulfill a need for a professional training facility with highly motivated and experienced trainers in a safe, inclusive environment. He sees resistance training as part of the spectrum of exercise complementary to all of life’s activities, and he specializes in making training safe, fun and interesting. Rupert offers 1-1 personal training, as well as private group training.
Rupert also enjoys sports such as golf, swimming , mountain biking, and surfing. If you don’t see him at the gym, he’s probably out catching some waves!

Panzy started as a personal trainer for over a decade, after finishing up art school and deciding that her passion was in fitness and nutrition. Since then, she has never looked back. Her main background is in nutrition and traditional strength and conditioning, and she works with all body types, levels of fitness and backgrounds. Her current hobbies include mounting biking, cycling, running, olympic weightlifting and swimming.
Panzy offers 1-1 personal training, as well as private group training.

Ewa has been immersed in the movement industry for over a decade and brings more than 20 years of weightlifting experience to Alchemy Fitness Studio. Her own fitness journey took a new direction after a weight training injury led her to discover yoga, sparking a passion for integrating strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
At Alchemy, Ewa wears many hats: she works one-on-one with clients, coaches group fitness classes, and leads Illuminate Retreats—transformative experiences designed to inspire movement, connection, and growth. As General Manager, she ensures the gym and Pilates studio is a space where everyone feels supported and challenged to become their strongest self.

Bio:
Jay-lon is a seasoned trainer, with 12 years under his belt, who specializes in HIIT style training and boxing. You may have seen him in the ring once or twice on your TV screen! He’ll be running Alchemist 360 on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 6:30am.

Bio:
Jeron came to Martial Arts early in his teens after discovering how helpful it was for channeling his emotions in a positive way. He initially pursued the professional side of the sport before finding a true passion for teaching and helping others—ranging from ages 8 to 75+.
Jeron’s goal isn’t to build champions in the ring—it’s to help anyone create a champion mindset. He is dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges by using Muay Thai as an empowering outlet. Along with martial arts, Jeron is also proficient in strength & conditioning and corrective exercise, allowing him to provide well-rounded training that supports both physical performance and long-term wellness.

Bio:
Lauren discovered Pilates as a teenager while rehabilitating a back injury she sustained during her years as a ballroom dancer—an experience that sparked a deep connection with her body and a lifelong passion for movement as a healing and transformative practice. It was through Pilates that she truly experienced the power of mindful, embodied movement. At 19, alongside her university studies, she completed her first comprehensive training through Power Pilates and began teaching. Since then, she has deepened her practice and refined her craft through additional certifications in Pilates, Yoga, and functional movement. Known for her dynamic, challenging, and accessible teaching style, Lauren keeps clients engaged with a fun and empowering approach that not only brings them back but also helps them build a stronger, more connected relationship with their bodies.

His goal is to make training effective without ever feeling intimidating or boring.
Throughout his career, Olli has worked with a wide range of clients—from complete beginners to professional athletes—helping each individual unlock their potential and achieve long-term results.
