Your new pilates instructor
Jennifer Walker-Smith is a certified Pilates Method Alliance pro with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She's also trained in ashtanga yoga, behaviour change, and corrective exercise.
Jen is friendly and enthusiastic, and knows how to get results. Her enthusiasm for helping clients connect with their bodies is truly inspiring. She loves nothing more than seeing her clients have those "ah-ha" moments where they truly feel the benefits of Pilates.

The Pilates
Workshop Series
Join us once per month (on Saturdays) for our exclusive Pilates Workshop Series, carefully crafted by our expert instructor, Jenn. This unique series offers you the opportunity to dive deep into the world of Pilates with a range of 10 immersive workshops. With your Pilates membership, you can attend 3 workshops of your choice.
Our workshops are designed to empower you with comprehensive insights into Pilates, including class cues, equipment knowledge, and techniques tailored to your unique objectives. By gaining a deeper understanding of Pilates and your personal goals, you'll maximize the benefits of each invigorating 50-minute class.
