Our fitness expertise has allowed us to design a one-of-a-kind  semi-private training program that allows you to achieve the  best results possible. 


Working with others can not only be a fun way to workout, but it can also increase morale and drive you to push yourself to your limits in order to achieve results in the fastest way possible. 

We make sure all our clients get special attention and their needs are met during their training sessions. No one gets left behind!


You still receive individualized workouts while meeting likeminded gym buddies. You will be less likely to miss a session and stick to a program with a buddy waiting for you at the gym! 

Group Fitness Classes

Our Group Fitness Classes take place in our 5,000sq. ft state of the art air-conditioned studio.  Complimentary towels and water are available for all members.

Members have unlimited access to sign up for all group exercise classes.  

Please see our schedule for up to date class times. 

Members are asked to reserve their space for each class using our simple online booking system. 


Classes can be booked 24 hours in advance.
